Mohamed Salah is set to leave Liverpool FC at the end of the season, marking the close of one of the most successful periods in the club’s history.

Since joining from AS Roma in 2017, Salah has become a true club legend. In simple terms, he didn’t just play for Liverpool—he helped define a golden era.

Over his career at Liverpool, Salah scored 255 goals in 435 matches, making him the club’s third all-time top scorer behind Ian Rush and Roger Hunt. He also provided 119 assists, matching Steven Gerrard for the most in the Premier League for the club.

He was known for breaking records, including becoming the fastest Liverpool player to reach 100 league goals. In Europe, he scored a club-record 53 goals and even netted the fastest Champions League goal in Liverpool history.

Salah also delivered in big matches, scoring 16 goals against rivals Manchester United and making history with a hat-trick at Old Trafford.

His trophy cabinet is just as impressive. With Liverpool, he won the Premier League twice, the UEFA Champions League, FA Cup, League Cup, Club World Cup, and UEFA Super Cup.

Individually, Salah earned multiple top awards, including Player of the Season titles and four Golden Boots—matching the record of Thierry Henry.

On the international stage, he has been just as important, scoring 65 goals in 113 appearances for Egypt.

In simple terms, Salah’s departure marks the end of an extraordinary chapter for Liverpool—one filled with goals, trophies, and unforgettable moments.
