Mustafa Emrah A., who stayed in a hotel in Arnavutköy Yavuz Selim Neighborhood with his girlfriend for 81 days, allegedly fled the hotel without paying part of the accommodation fee. In the incident reflected on security cameras, the person left his identity card and passport behind when leaving the hotel.

On March 11, Mustafa Emrah A., who checked into the hotel with his Uzbek girlfriend Zarnıgor C., stayed at the hotel for 81 days. The couple, who paid for part of their stay, made their last payment on April 19. However, when the hotel management demanded the remaining fee, Mustafa Emrah A. refused to make the payment.

Hotel manager Ayşegül Saçan explained the situation as follows: “Our customer Mustafa Emrah A. stated that he wanted to stay at the hotel with his girlfriend and we registered him by taking the necessary passport and identity information. At first they were making their payments, but they made their last payment on April 19. They kept stalling us and finally at 06.15 in the morning on May 13, he first took his girlfriend out of the hotel by stalling our staff, and then he left saying that he would come back. However, he did not return and fled leaving his passport and ID card at the hotel.”

In the images reflected on the security cameras of the hotel, the moments when Mustafa Emrah A. escaped from the hotel by distracting the staff were recorded. The manager Ayşegül Saçan went to the police and filed a complaint. Saçan, who also handed over the identity card and passport left by the person at the hotel to the police station, stated that they were subjected to swearing and insults when they tried to reach the person.

Ayşegül Saçan stated that Mustafa Emrah A. and his girlfriend owed a total of 44,500 TL during their stay at the hotel, of which 22,000 TL was not paid. Stating that part of the accommodation period was paid, Saçan explained that they filed an enforcement case for the remaining debt and that the legal process continues.

Mustafa Emrah A. and his girlfriend escaped from the hotel without paying part of the 81-day accommodation fee. The hotel management initiated a legal process and filed an enforcement case to collect the debt. The incident was recorded by security cameras and reported to the police as a complaint. As of now, there have been no developments for the collection of the debt.
