Türkiye and Algeria held bilateral political and regional consultations on Saturday in Istanbul, co-chaired by Ambassador Musa Kulaklıkaya, Deputy Foreign Minister of Türkiye, and Lounes Magramane, Secretary General of the Algerian Foreign Ministry.
According to Türkiye’s Foreign Ministry, discussions focused on the current state of bilateral relations and regional developments. Officials addressed ongoing cooperation and explored ways to strengthen political, economic, and diplomatic ties between the two countries.
The consultations reflect a continued effort by both nations to engage on regional issues and ensure close coordination on matters affecting North Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean.
