Chad’s diplomacy chief and government spokesperson, Abderaman Koulamallah, stated on December 5, 2024, in an interview with RFI, “This must stop.”

According to Sudan’s Minister of Information and Culture, Khalid Ali Al-Eisir, the Sudanese government views the actions of Abu Dhabi and N’Djamena as a “direct” attack against Sudan and its people. Defense Minister Yasin Ibrahim Yasin, as reported by RFI, stated that Sudan “reserves the right to respond at the appropriate time,” labeling the actions as “hostile.”
