In the incident that occurred at Denizbank Branch in Ereğli district of Zonguldak, Hülya Malçok (40), who works for minimum wage in a private workplace, became the target of the thief. Malçok, who had a problem while loading the ATM while trying to pay her credit card debt, entered the bank and asked for help. Meanwhile, the theft suspect, who saw that the ATM returned the money, took the money and disappeared. While those moments were reflected on the security camera, the police are looking for the theft suspect everywhere.
Hülya Malçok, 40, who works for minimum wage in a workplace in the district, deposited 8,770 liras into the ATM of the bank to make the minimum payment of her credit card debt last May 7. However, when she had a problem during the transaction, she entered the branch and asked for help from the authorities. Meanwhile, the ATM returned the money. An unidentified woman wearing a hat came in front of the ATM and took 8,770 liras and disappeared. Explaining his experiences with tears, Malçok said, “I was making a transaction at Denizbank on May 7. I was trying to pay the minimum payment of the credit card. It was the last payment day. I put 8 thousand 770 liras into the ATM. I could not make a transaction. The bank took the money directly. After taking it in, my card was also left inside.”
Stating that the security guard took his information while returning his card, Malçok was shocked by the phone call from the bank the next day. Malçok said that bank officials told him, “A woman took your money. Apply to the prosecutor’s office”. Malçok went to the prosecutor’s office and filed a complaint. Malçok, a mother of two children, stated that she expected help from the authorities to eliminate her victimization and said, “I have children. He ate the sustenance of my children. I want you to help me somehow. We have shopping before the Feast of Sacrifice. I have children, they have needs. After all, our card is already difficult. I mean, we can help me somehow,” he said, expressing the difficulties he experienced. In the investigation initiated upon the report, security cameras were examined and the woman who took 8 thousand 770 liras is wanted everywhere.
