According to the information received, the incident occurred in Ankara in the evening hours. Lightning struck repeatedly over the city and fell on a traveling automobile. The driver of the car, which started to burn as a result of the lightning strike, escaped unscathed. Fire brigades dispatched to the scene upon the notification of citizens extinguished the burning vehicle.
