Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in Yerevan to attend the 8th European Political Community summit, where leaders from nearly 50 countries are gathering.
Zelenskyy said the main focus of the meetings will be strengthening security and improving coordination across Europe, especially at a time of ongoing regional tensions.
The summit has drawn a wide range of high-level leaders, including UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, and Moldovan President Maia Sandu, among many others.
The event highlights Armenia’s growing role as a host for international diplomacy. After the main summit, Yerevan will also host the first-ever EU-Armenia summit, signaling closer ties between European Union and Armenia.
Overall, the gathering is expected to focus on shared challenges like security, cooperation, and regional stability.
