Over 234 million FCFA in cash and in-kind contributions made to the FSSP

On Friday, December 13, 2024, Mr. Brah Amadou, Vice President of the Homeland Defense Solidarity Fund (FSSP), received a goodwill contribution of 234,718,600 FCFA at the fund’s headquarters.

This amount includes 234,000,000 FCFA in contributions, consisting of 20 full scholarships and 200 partial scholarships, as well as donations from Mr. Hinsa Nouhou (250,000 FCFA), Mr. Mohamed Attaka (200,000 FCFA), an anonymous donor (213,600 FCFA), and finally, 55,000 FCFA from MARIZAM Groupings 1, 2, 3, provided by INTECFI Private Institute.

It is important to note that the Homeland Defense Solidarity Fund was created to mobilize financial resources capable of strengthening the capacities of the SDG in Niger’s counter-terrorism efforts, under the National Homeland Defense Council.
