Allegedly, 2 people who were collecting cardboard with vehicles called rickshaws in Fatih cheated before delivering the cartons they collected. Coming to the fountain on the road, 2 people filled the buckets they brought with them with water from the fountain and poured it over the cartons. The trick of the paper collectors was recorded by a citizen with a cell phone camera.
