Bankin Duniya ya ayyana tashoshin jiragen ruwan Nijeriya da ke Legas na Apapa da na TinCan Island a cikin tashoshin jiragen ruwa 20 da suka fi gyaruwa cikin shekaru biyar da suka gabata.
A cikin rahotonsa na yanayin aiki da kontena (CPPI) na shekarar 2025, Bankin Duniya ya lissafa tashoshin jiragen ruwa na Tincan Island da na Apapa a cikin tashoshi 20 waɗanda suka sake inganta.
Lamarin ya biyo bayan rawar da hukumar kula da tashoshin jiragen ruwa ta Nijeriya ta taka wajen tabbatar ci-gaba da samun rara ta cinikayya ta hanyar samar da wani dandali na samar da rarar cinikayyar daga shekara zuwa shekara wadda ta baya bayan nan ta kai naira tiriliyan 7.54 a rubu’in farkon shekarar 2026 bisa rahoton hukumar ƙididdiga ta Nijeriya (NBS).
Rahoton, wanda Bankin Duniya tare da Kamfanin S&P Global Market Intelligence, suka haɗa ya ayyana tashar jirgin TinCan Island a matsayin ta 10 a duniya da ta fi samun ci-gaba tsakanin shekarar 2020 da shekarar 2025, yayin da tashar jirgin ruwa Legas ta kasance ta 12 a jerin sunayen tashoshin.
Rahoton – wanda shi ne na shida – ya yi nazari a kan yanayin aiki ka kontena bisa lokacin da ake ɗauka kafin a gama da kontena ta hanyar amfani da ma’auni na duniya.
Alƙalluma daga rahoton sun nuna cewa tashar jiragen ruwa ta TinCan Island ta inganta matakinta na CPPI da maki 42 , inda ya tashi daga maki -68 a shekarar 2020 zuwa -26 a shekarar 2025, yayin da tashar jiragen ruwa na Lagos Port ya kuma samu wani muhimmin inganci na maki 35, inda ya tashi daga -61 a shekarar 2020 zuwa -26 a shekarar 2025.
Ingancin ya sa Nijeriya a cikin wasu zaɓaɓɓun ƙasashe da suka samu muhimmin ci-gaba wajen inganta lokacin juya jirgin ruwa da ƙwarewa da kuma aikin sarrafa kayayyaki cikin shekaru biyar da suka gabata.
Nijeriya ta zarce wasu manyan tashoshin jiragen ruwa a jerin tashoshin da suka fi gyaruwa a duniya, ciki har da tashar jirgin ruwa ta Marseille Port ta Faransa, wadda ta kasance ta 11 da maki 39 na ci-gaba.
